A: No you can get a PayPal account and set up Debit transactions directly from your bank account.
Q: I keep getting the response “We can not process your credit card.” when trying to pay through PayPal.
A: Make sure that all your credit card information is correct including the mailing address that your credit card statements are mail to. PayPal uses your complete mailing address for verification purposes. Make sure their are no spaces in your complete zip code.
